STEP 1
Prospective residential investment property buyer mandates APS to locate a specific property or to provide property recommended pursuant to their stock list
STEP 2
APS undertakes the Buyer Profile as well as instigating the Buyer Finance Profile

APS then seeks the required property or matches property from their stock list for the buyer
STEP 4
APS liaises with buyer as to their suggested property
